The Whole Canyon

Both houses, both studios, and every outdoor space between them. The rose garden, the orchard, the spa, the long table under the oaks. Parking for six. Total privacy, for the group that wants the property to feel entirely theirs — because for the length of the stay, it is.
Two-night minimum. Weekend nights from $2,400, seasonally adjusted, plus a one-time $320 cleaning fee. Additional nights from $624. A 50% deposit holds the date, refundable up to 60 days out; the balance is due 7 days before arrival.
An acre you're free to wander.
Tiered Mediterranean gardens with hidden benches and plush daybeds — communal corners for meeting other guests, tucked-away nooks for reading and not being found. An organic vegetable garden and fruit orchard you're welcome to harvest from: oranges, loquats, passion fruit. A fig tree a hundred years old, which was here before any of it. A long table under the oaks with a garden sink stocked with plates and cutlery. Filtered water stations in the studios and the garden. And Topanga State Park against the property itself, with the trailheads at the door.
