Gathering Types

Ceremonies
Whatever you've gathered to mark. Two people making promises under the oaks. A cacao ceremony at first light. A naming, a blessing, a solstice, a goodbye. The rose garden, the ridge, and the oaks each hold a different kind of quiet, and we stay out of the way of all of them. Up to a hundred and twenty across the property, both houses open for getting ready, and beds for twenty when nobody wants to drive home.

Retreats + Wellness
Yoga, sound, breathwork, creative work. Multi-day programmes for groups up to twenty, with the whole property to yourselves, the restoration circuit, and local practitioners who can lead on site if you'd rather not bring your own.

Corporate Off-Sites
Board meetings & team alignment. Quiet rooms for focused work, open ground for the walks that actually move a conversation.

Media + Production
Photo, film, commercial. Four distinct sets, changing rooms on site, and golden hour that productions already build their schedules around.

Day Celebrations
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, after-parties, long dinners. Golden hour handles the lighting design.

Private Gatherings
Creative retreats, family reunions, quiet personal occasions. The things that don't fit a category.

Full Buyout
Take the whole canyon.
Larger gatherings and ceremonies take the full property — both houses, both studios, and all the ground between them. Custom packages for ceremonies, retreats, and production holds. Hourly bookings available for four-hour minimum.
Why Host Here
01
Gathering zones
Indoor and outdoor spaces that flex by the hour, from a meditation corner to a full dinner under the sky.
02
Natural light
— Golden hour across the whole property. Productions already know.
03
Privacy
A buyout means only you. Peace of mind by default.
04
Utility cabins
The studios double as changing rooms, hair and makeup, or equipment storage on a production day.
05
On-site hosts
Real people who live here. Not a lockbox and a code.
What you're probably wondering.
How Many
Up to 120 across the property for a celebration. Twenty sleep over.
Getting Ready
Both houses and both studios are yours on a full buyout. Four separate spaces to get ready in, with mirrors, real bathrooms, and doors that close.
Your Own Vendors
Welcome. Bring your planner, your florist, your photographer, your band. We'll walk them through the property ahead of the day.
Food
Bring your caterer, or add our private dining option and have a chef cook here. Both work; neither is required.
Where It Happens
The rose garden, the oaks, the arch, the long table, the deck. Most gatherings use three or four of them across a day, and the property is designed to move people between them without anyone feeling herded.
Parking
On-site for six cars, with additional arrangements for larger gatherings.
Staying Over
Almost every buyout does. Twenty beds means the toast doesn't end with a search for car keys.
If It Rains
Both houses hold a gathering indoors. The canyon rarely makes you use them, but they're there.

Chef & Table
An optional private dining experience: a chef in your kitchen, or at the shared table under the oaks. Seasonal and custom, available with any gathering and never assumed.

Post-Event Stay
Don't break the spell. Extend into an overnight and let the evening settle before anyone drives back to LA.
